LHS meets at a couple of different locations and at the times shown below. We have shown a map for each track at which we work and you can click on the maps to get walking, driving and public transport directions.

Lee Valley Athletics Centre
We meet here all year round every Wednesday evening at 6pm and every Sunday morning at 10am. Mostly we throw outside in the cage but this facility also has a two full gyms and a netted indoor throwing area where we will also train occasionally. The address is: 61 Meridian Way, London N9 0AR. The W8 bus terminates right next to the track.


Willesden Track Academy
We also run training sessions at the Willesden Sports Centre in conjunction with the Willesden Track academy. The track academy is a centre of excellence blending athletics, education, and mentoring, Track Academy is a launchpad for young people to break down barriers, unlock their potential and thrive. You can visit their website here or visit our links page. Sessions run here on Saturday 9am - 12.30pm and Tuesday & Thursday 4pm - 6.30pm.
